From first meeting to move-in, here's what happens and when

Planning Your Home

1. Consultation

Meet with Jarid, the builder who will run your job. We talk through your lot, how you live, your must-haves and your budget. No obligation.

2. Design

We guide you through layout, features, finishes and materials that fit the property and the budget. You make the design decisions here, before anything is priced into the contract.

3. Agreement & Permits

We finalize the plans and the contract in writing, then take the plans through permitting. Nothing goes into the ground until both are done.

Building Your Home

Once permits are issued, your home moves from paper to the job site. Jarid is your one point of contact the whole way, by text or phone.

4. Construction Begins

We coordinate the foundation, framing and every trade that follows, in the right order, so nothing gets torn out and redone.

5. Airtight Envelope & Testing

Spray foam goes in, then we run a blower door test before drywall and seal every leak while it's easy to reach. Any changes you want during the build are agreed in writing.

6. Final Walkthrough & Final Test

We test the finished house again and walk every room with you to close out the last details.

7. Welcome Home
