ABOUT
Hello! Meet the owner behind Derwort Construction, Jarid Derwort. Jarid is a Tampa Native who grew up with a knack for craftsmanship. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience building projects from the ground up.
Established in 2015, our company's building capabilities can handle a broad spectrum of projects ranging from things such as eco-friendly builds to architecturally complex jobs. We also specialize in making a home more energy efficient. Our current tightest home built to date is .5 Air Changes Per Hr. Where a typical score of a comparable home would be 2 to 5 Air Changes per Hr. depending upon choice of insulation.
Home building is what we specialize in. We deliver true value and quality in all our homes.
We are available all throughout the Tampa Bay Area and more. Please feel free to give us a call or contact us via email as we would be glad to help you make your dream house a reality!
